I needed roof repair in the summer of 2022 in our newly purchased home. For some reason most roofing companies didn't want to take repair work and wanted replace the whole roof which was fine and almost new. Krueger took on the work. I had to wait a little bit because they were busy but the whole process was very professional and organized. I met with a Mark for a quote. I was explained what kind of repair is needed, who will do the work and what materials will be used. Estimate was emailed to be in a few days. Repair itself was scheduled and completed on time. Repair man told me he found 4 leaks. Everything was cleaned up upon completion. It has been 9 months since, our roof survived winter and spring without a leak. I highly recommend this company for roofing projects. And they also followed up with me to ensure I'm happy. This my honest and unbiased review.
