Shane, the owner, was amazing. After calling early in the morning about a very old, non-functioning, and evidently dangerous furnace; he was out to diagnose by 10:00 am. He had a new unit installed by early afternoon so my tenants could comfortably get on with their lives. He sent pictures and kept me updated every step of the way since I was unable to be there myself. Bad situation but great experience! Service: Heating system installation
