After calling 50 businesses late Christmas Eve I finally reached Shane, who came out immediately and diagnosed our issue. Was very professional and personable. Made reasonable recommendations for how to move forward based on our life plans and budget, which included installing a new furnace to replace our very old, low quality furnace. The house has been more enjoyable since the new furnace went in and I know we have someone on whom we can depend should a need or emergency arise with our HVAC. Thanks! Great customer service. Although Shane was limited as to what he could do because he did not install the heater system in my new home,he was extremely helpful. He told me what channels to take that could help me and what to look out for with the next people who would come in. Our furnace fan stopped working on Christmas Eve at 8 pm during a cold spell in the negatives! Shane answered the call and came out to provide a quick fix, finally leaving at 10:30 that night. Because of that service and response, we purchase a new furnace with him. His crew came out 2 days later at 8 am (on the dot) for the installation. Stephan was extremely helpful in explaining how everything worked. He and his partner removed our old furnace and installed the new one in about 3 hours. I had done some research on furnace pricing before everything happened because I knew a time would come to replace our old furnace. Shane's pricing was on par with everything I reviewed and researched. If you are looking for honest, trustworthy, and prompt service, you should call On Time Heating & Cooling.
