Complete Contractors

My mother who is 94 years young had them replace her garage service door trim. Jeff came over and quoted her 2 price options. 1 option was for $275 and the other option was to replace the entire door for around $400. She decided to just replace the trim. Two men came and replaced the trim and the door caulking. She paid them without checking their workmanship as it was difficult for her to get down the steps. She assumed they would do a good job. A few days later my sister and I inspected their workmanshop. We both agreed that the caulking they did around the door frame could of been done better by a 5 year old! The left side 4 " up had no caulk at all. I contacted Jeff and explained the horrible caulking they did. He apologized and said he would take care of it. I explained to him that I wanted to be there when the handy man was there to make sure it would be done right. He texted me the number of a cliff who I was suppose to call and set up an appointment when he would be able to me

We are contractors ourselves and fortunate to have more business then we can handle. Contacted Complete Handyman of Wisconsin and spoke to Jeff. Explained our dilemma of needing some as-needed help with projects to meet our obligations to our customers. Jeff' first words after listening was "how can we help?" His company assisted with 6 homes...so far! I say "so far" because it is a partnership that really worked for our company. They even suggested that they wear our branding so as not to confuse our customers. That was incredible. They handles some electrical, rough-in plumbing, installing hot water heaters and repaired a window leak. Solid folks. The fact that Jeff was willing to meet a Monday deadline by offering to come to a job site after church on Sunday was awesome. Give these guys a call!

Got back to me right away and sent text that he was in route to the location that needed repairs, but I never got a quote :( I don't know if he even made it to the house because there was no communication after the last text. I did follow up with a VM but no response.
