I am the president of condominium association in Kenosha, Wis. We had a porch that was sagging for reasons that were not clear. Maintenance & Remodeling opened up the porch and did a thorough investigation of both the upper and lower construction. They addressed both issues to our complete satisfaction at a reasonable price. This was as much of a detective job as it was actual construction, and the work was somewhat tricky. M & R treated that as a challenge, not an obstacle, and did an excellent job. We're very pleased.

Did not return phone calls. Some mailboxes are even too full to leave a message. Also overpriced compared to other companies.

MRS was great from the start to the end of our kitchen remodel regarding design suggestions, professional employees, quality workmanship, nice clean and a final product of a beautiful kitchen! I would not hesitate to use them for our next project:)
