By far the best service of all the electric companies I contacted for our issue. They not only had the earliest availability, but were extremely professional and communicative along the way. I got multiple confirmation/reminder messages as well as a call when the technician was on the way. Then after that received a text letting me know who was coming, which is super helpful so you know who to expect. The service was fast and effective. Fair pricing as well.
Steve and his partner Alex came and they arrived in just a few minutes after the allotted three hour time frame which was perfect. They were both very friendly and knew what they were doing. They are scheduled to come here a week from today to complete the work very good experience.
