Solid Ground Electric

With the summer last year being one of the hottest on record for Alaska since we lived here, we decided to have a ceiling fan installed in our living room to be prepared for this summer. However, there was no light fixture in our living room so this required the help of a professional. Solid Ground Electric was recommended through Home Advisor if i recall correctly, Scott came out and gave us an estimate for the work needing to be done and took the time to explain what would have to happen in order for the ceiling fan to be able to be installed. We talked about a couple of other wants (more than needs) and received two separate quotes. We opted for the ceiling fan only at this point. Eddie (I think was the young man's name who) came out to get everything wired/installed so that the ceiling fan was able to be installed. We just love this company. We have used Solid Ground now for over 14 years and have been very satisfied. We encountered a complicated repair on a large remodel and the electrician was excellent...very knowledgable, polite, good communicator, etc.. As a homeowner I appreciate the thoughtfulness & high quality work, as well as the careful way that the electricians treat my home. They take shoes off or wear shoe covers, clean up after themselves & don't park in a place where we'll need to pull a car out. They also don't play loud music, smoke in our driveway, or their trucks every time they go to get a tool...which we have had with other companies. They are our "go to" for electrical work, big or small. We know we will have high quality work as well as good honest communication. We wouldn't use anyone else!
