James Smith and Austin Hale are my Superheroes!!! My air was out during August, the hottest time of the year. They arrived on time and went to work.I felt comfortable with them and they explained what they were doing and the fee for the work ahead of time. It took them maybe 15 minutes to get my unit running and they also performed maintenance service on the unit without having to schedule a separate appointment. Excellent customer service, excellent work, and on time too. I have found a dependable and reliable company, Air Experts, for all of my HVAC needs!
