U. S. Shingle installed a new roof for us and did a wonderful job. Service and communication were outstanding. Cudos to both Joey Smith and Krista Guy. They were both very responsive and concerned about giving us the best roofing job. As an example of Joey's concern, we had a power vent as well as a ridge vent on the old roof. The power vent was removed but Joey agreed to install a new one next June/July if the ridge vent did not provide sufficient ventilation. Many thanks for a great job. These guys put a new roof on my home two years ago and it is now leaking. There is a lifetime warranty on the roof, I called for months for someone to come out to look and repair damage to roof and my room. No one will call me back, yes the receptionist does answer the phone, but no one will return your call. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Looks like I will have to take legal actions in order to get the necessary repairs one. Service: Roof installation
