U.S. Shingle Roofing

We just had a roof put on my mom’s house after the tornado. US Shingle did a wonderful job! We even got some compliments from another roofing company on the job they did! Crew was on-time, worked diligently, did great clean-up and the roof looks fantastic! They coordinated the entire claims process with the insurance company and brought in/recommended other contractors to repair fence, garage door, tree removal etc . We were pleased with the quality and workmanship on all the replacements/repairs and appreciated the way Joey and the crew worked with us to accomplish all the tasks smoothly and quickly. U.s. shingle put a roof on my house a little over a year ago I called and called and called to try to get them to come out and clean my gutters and repair some work that was caused by the damage the Rufus did they lied said they were coming out on two occasions never came never called back they left Nails in the gutters I had a flat tire one morning as I was on my way to the doctor it was so much roofing in the gutter on the back side until the water wouldn't go down in the downspout so the water with the roofing in the gutter pushed the opposite side of the gutter a loose caused major damage on that side of my house they still didn't come out and try to fix anything about it I wouldn't recommend them to anyone Service: Roof installation

U. S. Shingle installed a new roof for us and did a wonderful job. Service and communication were outstanding. Cudos to both Joey Smith and Krista Guy. They were both very responsive and concerned about giving us the best roofing job. As an example of Joey's concern, we had a power vent as well as a ridge vent on the old roof. The power vent was removed but Joey agreed to install a new one next June/July if the ridge vent did not provide sufficient ventilation. Many thanks for a great job.
