I called Western Sales and service when my AC stopped working. They came to my home that afternoon. They found and fixed the problem in a very short span of time. Over the holidays we discovered our water heater was leaking and inoperable late at night. The next morning Western responded. Throughout the day three different technicians descended on our property getting the old one hauled away, a new one relocated and installed and even helped clear out unnecessary ductwork. Respectful and professional, they didn't stop until the work was completed even though into dinner hours. They kinda left a mess but we were there to clean it up. They did no damage. We had hot water and no leaka in less than 2r hrs. Please support this company as opposed to the larger top-heavy ones. These guys do great work and are committed to customer satisfaction.
