DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They did a great job a few years ago under the old owner. As part of that purchase I received a 5 year labor warranty on and repairs to the roof. Long story short, I've spent the last 3 weeks trying to get the new owners to honor the warranty and come out and fix a small leak. I've been told they'd call me back multiple times and they didn't. Told the repair guy would call me but he hasn't and they ultimately said I'd need to pay for the repair anyway. No thanks. I'll take my business to people that actually take care of their customer base. FYI, when you buy a business, you don't get to magically get rid of warranties for prior customers. That is how you lose business and ruin the reputation of the business you purchased. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt like it was warranted given the very poor experience I've had. P.S. *** BEWARE NEW OWNER *** We had a very positive experience in 2019 when E-Z Roof installed a brand new roof on our home. That was when the company was operated by its previous owner. Unfortunately my most recent experience (Dec., 2020) involving a simple caulking repair cost $200. The company’s response to my attempt to dispute the charge was disgraceful. My recent experience with Gerry and the EZ Roof staff has been excellent. My wife and I appreciated the time and information that Gerry (the Owner) provided to us - before we selected EZ Roof as our roofing contractor. The roofing crew did an outstanding job and completed the project in two (2) days and the roof looks GREAT! The central Alabama area is fortunate to have such a professional company to call upon.
