I had Apex replace my damaged roof and gutters. Kerri Wallis helped me every step of the way. She was very quick to respond to all my questions and very patient with me when I had even more questions. She was understanding when problems arose and helped get them fixed in a timely manner. She documented damage, met with our insurance adjuster, and worked with our insurance company to get a new roof covered. Rachael is a perfectionist.
