Apex Roofing & Restoration

I’m adding to my review that I originally posted below. Still no solution. This is now going on a year and a half. I added a photo of the streaking that is now a permanent stain from the poor quality. They sent out their quality person on 1/18/23 but never reached us to resolve what he noted. I had to call, email and spoke to someone in customer service who called me back . They are not offering to fix the staining or the other repairs needing fixed. The roof is covered for two years, but they’re not doing anything except stalling and pushing me off. I need to go to the next level here. It is very emotional, stressful, embarrassing and time consuming. We have been dealing with Apex Roofing for a year. A YEAR!!!!! They’re completely unprofessional, with high turnover and terrible follow through. We have missed so much work and feel so stressed and physically ill after dealing with them.
