I'm really disappointed to be having to write this review. I had heard a few good reviews about Stephens from neighbors, so I decided to give them a try for some small work on my house. When my bill arrived, I was shocked to see that I was being charged for 2.5 hours of labor (at $150/hr, so every bit matters). The two men who worked on my house did not work more than 2 hours, so I called in to speak to someone in billing, and that’s when the worst part of my experience with Stephens began. The man on the other end of the line was rude, condescending, and downright insulting. I explained the issue to him, and I told him I’m happy to pay this bill, but that extra half hour is incorrect and unfair. He said, “Well I see that they were at your house for 2.5 hours.” And I said, “No, they were there for maybe 2 hours and 15 or 20 minutes, and 15-20 of those minutes were spent in their van in my driveway.” I remembered that was the case because I needed to get to work, and I felt too uncomfor
