From the time i called them to the time i had cool air was 3hrs. They were the most communicative (without being annoying) company. I knew when they expected to arrive and it was accurate. The tech kept me in the loop every step of the way, calm, well educated and shared their knowledge with me so I knew I wasn’t getting a novice.
