Highly recommend Thomas Lawles' HVAC company TL Service for all your heating and cooling needs. He is an honest, Christian man, who offers after hours and emergency services with NO extra charge. Last summer, his company came out and fixed some damage from a skunk, solved air leaks, and found some "hard to find" problems that would've come up later. This winter, we've enjoyed a SUBSTANTIALLY lower electric bill. Could not recommend this man and his workers more. *Oh, and did we mention, Very good pricing, too!! We have been very impressed with TL Services. They handle our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. The on-site team is incredibly professional, super knowledgable, and does a great job of communicating. They identified and replaced a failing capacitor (for just $10!) that could have caused our system to fail unexpectedly. The customer service from the office is awesome as well. TL always calls to remind us of our appointment and provides updates for the on-site team (on their way, etc...). They also have a great online portal that makes scheduling and bill paying easy and convenient. Highly recommend TL! Service: HVAC system maintenance
