Chris and team were great. They were knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. Their pricing was in line with what I expected. I had called other HVAC companies around Vestavia that were trying to change 2x for the same thing. Then I called Prantl based upon a neighbors recomendation. I would recommend them to anyone. Chris and his team are amazing! My husband called this morning after our ac unit stopped late last night. He let them know we had a newborn in the house and with triple digit heat in the forecast they had a new unit installed before lunch! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Great family owned business, honest pricing, very professional and efficient installation, and an overall wonderful experience. Highly recommend them!!
