We had some facia pull off on a high roof peak during one of our high wing events. The first company we contacted kept stringing us along. After a month of no work completed we canceled the contract. Advance was quick to come out and give a quote. When the when the third party contractor was completing the work, he mentioned that a single roof cap shingle was pulled off by the facia and would need to be replaced. He only did facia work. When I contacted Advance about the missing shingle they said they would have to charge the minimum service fee of $600 to install the shingle. Not sure why this wasn’t identified when they came out for the quote. Needless to say I didn’t pay that for a single roof cap. Nor will I use Advance roofing for my roof replacement or recommend them to friends or family. **Update** After learning of the issue Advance Roofing immediately contacted me to make it right. Kudos to Mike who came out the same day and fixed the missing shingle and conducted a whole roof

This is an easy recomendation. Johny is a machine at making the process painless and fast. Materials were dropped off the day before construction . The crew showed up early and were actually working at 7:00 am sharp! The old roof was off before lunch and the new roof was on before 5:00pm including the new hip vents. They were cleaned up and done before 6:00pm. Looks fantastic. Johny came back for an inspection and made a few suggestions for some poilish. his crew had it done immediately. Fantastic job!!!
