They had installed a hvac unit in my home. Loose power cable almost caused a house fire. Luckily I was awake late at night to notice the burning smell and shut it off. It had an electrical arc occurring since it was installed, but didn’t come to light until this winter storm hit, where it ran aux heat for long hours with a heavy load on the cable. I had paid another company to find and fix the problem. The screenshot is the work done to fix the issue. Cost me $340 to repair.

Scott Cantrell is the best very pleasant and professional up front and honest. The installation crew was great also the arrived on time. They removed my old unit in no time and installed the new one. They were very nice and pleasant to deal with. Cleaned everything up when they were done. Would I continue to use Bunns & Bennett Heating and Air Conditioning you bet your baby booties I will.
