Been doing business with Garrison for decades. They have always done an outstanding job, been there quick when I have needed them. I purchase the bi- annual contract every year to have my Trane unit checked. They were able to stay on top of things because they caught things early. I have never been disappointed with their service. Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
I tried to schedule my yearly maintenance.. which I pay for.. and they cannot accommodate my work schedule. I asked for a Tuesday and they could not schedule and could not schedule after 3pm. I have been with them for 20 years. Very disappointing. They are usually great, but was surprised they were not willing to work with me, but willing to take my money.
