Very happy with the service we received today. I called at 7am and we had a technicial out by 8 and our unit fixed by 8:30! Very professional and helpful, he even showed my husband how to change the capacitor in case it were to go out again on a weekend. We will definitely use this company again for our service needs!
Called for service at 7am Bryan showed up at 7:48 and I had a new capacitor back up and running by 8:06 am. So Thankful for Southern Comfort.
Work is excellent. When it came time to charge me for the work they found a billing error from three years ago when they had originally installed the unit, and credited it to my bill ($400 worth). They are extremely honest and ethical. They have my business forever. I had no idea about the error and was happy to pay the $400). They are loyal to their customers. I can't say enough good things about them.
