Work is excellent. When it came time to charge me for the work they found a billing error from three years ago when they had originally installed the unit, and credited it to my bill ($400 worth). They are extremely honest and ethical. They have my business forever. I had no idea about the error and was happy to pay the $400). They are loyal to their customers. I can't say enough good things about them.

This company goes above and beyond to help its customers and in today's world that's a refreshing change. SC heating and air puts the needs of their clients over higher profit margins and you won't find many places will even come close to doing that. I wont use any other company from now on. Southern Comfort HVAC Services is always professional, courteous, and honest. We have used Southern Comfort for over 14 years for maintenance, repairs, or replacement services at multiple houses. In August, the central unit stopped working. Josh came out and quickly assessed the problems. The 15-year-old contract grade central unit needed to be replaced. I always shop around and continue to get the best price and service at Southern Comfort. I mentioned how the master bedroom is always hotter than the rest of the house when David B wrote up the estimate for our new central unit. He asked to evaluate the problem; the room has a vaulted tray ceiling and the longest distance from the unit. He assessed the situation and made a call to another tech.
