Arrived about 2 hours after I called for a clogged drain. Employees were very courteous and did a good job.

I called them out to bleed of the gas line for our fireplace. Ethan came out on-time, was super polite, and tried his best to get it started. When it seemed to have an issue with the pilot light having a leak, he politely referred me to someone else. Most importantly, because he couldn't help me he didn't charge me, even though I pushed back. That is not only kindness but integrity, and that is rare these days. They have my business forever.

Today Dean Plumbing staff saved the day. They didn’t judge the dirty dishes in the sink nor fret to fix a leaky faucet and get everything working again. A+ staff!!!
