This very unethical company claimed a warranty on roof work on my house was only good for only 5 years when I called about the roof leaking repeatedly and the paperwork was for 10 years. Horrible and unethical, do NOT recommend.

In the beginning they were awesome! They came out right after I called… I got their quote and liked it. After 7 roofers came out. Then I was told that I would be put on the schedule…. I waited a few weeks…. Then called and emailed…. With little to no response… I finally got a hold of the secretary. She told me after a month of waiting that I would be on the schedule in 2-3 weeks. That the owner would call me that afternoon to schedule me…. I waited… after 2 months of waiting I was told that they weren’t going to fix my roof… I would NEVER work with this company!! After moving from the mid west to here…. No one in the south really wants to work and if they do they aren’t very good tradesmen… Very disappointed!!

We are a retired judge and a retired school teacher who are careful about our home where we have lived for over 40 hears. We could not be more pleased with the job that Stuart Samples and Summit Roofing did for us. Their crew worked literally from sun up to sun down and were spic and span in their cleanup. Now we have all new plywood, new shingles and a 10/50 year labor/shingles warranty that will outlive us. And the price was less than several other bids we got. Thanks, Mr. Samples, for a job well done.
