The first time I used this company a year ago I was impressed. Not so much today. I called them about 7 AM this morning (5/10/23) to see if I could schedule someone to come out and take a look at my ac which stopped working. The guy on the phone was flaky like the elevator doesn't go to the top floor. He said they'd had a couple calls already and he'd see if he could find someone to take a look and that was it, no call back. I tried calling them back around 9 AM to let them know don't bother because I found someone else, but no one answered the phone and I let ring a dozen times. Service: Repair HVAC
