EXTREMELY Rude!! EXTREMELY!! If i could leave "0" stars, i would...but since i can't-i had to leave 1. But i Called and asked a general question regarding availability for service and was treated like I was bothering him. As soon as the gentleman answered the phone, he sounded bothered and upset. Never again will I call this company.

Mr. Don was very friendly and professional. He explained the problem and had it fixed in no time. I will definitely call him again if I need a plumber in the future. Thank you. :)

I'm Josephs mom, Tammy!!! I never write reviews but Don truly deserves it!!! My sons friends parked their trailer full of music gear right on top of the main water line to our house!!! As they were backing up the pipe burst! An honest accident!!! I called Roto-Rooters this morning at 8:00 am. Was told someone would call me back with the time for visit.. 10:00 am no call back sooo i called again and was told that they have someone call me back! its 5:56 pm...still waiting... With a house full of boys and no water, waiting until who knows what time was not an option. at 12:26 pm I found Dons name online with great reviews so I gave him a call... He told me that he was finishing a job but would call me back. 12:43 pm, I get a call back and by 2:16 pm the repair had been completed and the cost was more than fair!!!!! Above and beyond my expectations! I will never call anyone else and will always recommend this person. Thank you Don so much!!!
