Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Huntsville

This is the 2nd time I have used Mr. Rooter over the last several years. Always courteous and friendly on the phone, easy to schedule, arrive promptly. Plumbers are professional and efficient. Gave me a senior discount that I didn't even know they provided. Also have a 90 day warranty for the work. Service: Drain cleaning

We needed a total gut and replace in our crawlspace for all of our plumbing, both the incoming and drain lines. It felt like a daunting task for us. Mr. Rooter, specifically our Technician, Robby; went above and beyond to provide us with up-to-date products and worked several days to complete the project. After the foundation work was complete, Robby made sure to return to make sure the foundation workers did not damage our plumbing work. He is a fantastic plumber!

Update #2- Plumber (Trey) arrived first thing this morning and repaired the issue satisfactorily. He demonstrated great customer service skills, was very informative and apologetic for the issue. However, due to the fact that they've had to fix 3 out of 3 jobs, I still would not recommend this company. Update #1- Received call from office Mgr stating they will be out the next MORNING to repair the issue without charge. No return call from owner as of yet. 10/26/2022 paid $533 for repair to washing machine water line in back yard. 04/20/2023 (first time cutting the grass) I find sinkhole and standing water at very same place as repair was done. Moving dirt and water I see that the "repair" was they covered the broken pipe with rocks, 1/2 a broken brick and dirt. The pipe is still exactly as broken as it was in Oct. So mom paid $533 for a plumbing repair that did not happen, which is theft. Contacted the Huntsville office and was told that repair is out of warranty and for them to "come
