Salesman was professional, but company did not communicate very well after the contract was cut, either internally or to the customer. Job was subbed out to a contractor, and the planning was weak. Carpentry work was substandard, but roofing was solid. Gutter work is good. Cleanup was meticulous. Pricing is competitive and in range of other two quotes I solicited. Safe to hire, but requires owner engagement at every step. The tradeoffs incurred represent Huntsville contractors, so an average rating. Good overall value. Edit: The response is the same as with any other less-than-glowing feedback for Fleming -- denial. The job started badly because they had not planned or communicated after taking down payment. The crew chief, Diego, told me more than once he did not work for Fleming and was hired as a subcontractor to do this job, and that the roofers worked for him. What contractor almost has a five star rating? This one, and I can tell you why! They are honest, get the job done, and communicate with you along the way. I'd give more stars if I could.

I have an issue with my roof. Daniel from Fleming came at the scheduled time. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. They are going to repair my roof and I'm confident in their ability.
