Norrell Service Experts

Jarod and Talon came out to work on our AC unit after we touched base with Norrell about our air not working. They came out just a couple hours after us calling, were friendly and professional, and made quick work of getting our unit back up and running. Truly impressed with them and their work, and would absolutely recommend!

Chance and Corey were kind, efficient, and explained the problem completely before referring us to others that might help. They even waited with us until the other team arrived so they could fully show them the situation. Super thorough! The man to arrive, Cody, was kind and very knowledgeable. As it turns out, the first wave of the team, Grady and team member, from the day before had fixed the problem and it ended up being something simple that they were able to fix easily. But all groups double-checked everything to make sure. I had three teams of people and was only charged one service fee! I haven’t had such customer service in so long!! Highly recommend.

Brandon replaced a faucet set in an antique farm sink that belonged to the original builder of my house’s grandmother! The “new” replacement went in fairly easily once Brandon replaced the old copper tubing in a space where there was no space to work! He figured it out - made two additional trips to the supply house and hardware store, but he stayed with it and made it right. Great job!!
