Brandon replaced a faucet set in an antique farm sink that belonged to the original builder of my house’s grandmother! The “new” replacement went in fairly easily once Brandon replaced the old copper tubing in a space where there was no space to work! He figured it out - made two additional trips to the supply house and hardware store, but he stayed with it and made it right. Great job!!

The technicians were friendly, but unfortunately, that's about all I can say. In light of a conversation I had in April with the technician the first time he came as part of the Maintenance+ plan, the information shared with me on my most recent visit in September - that my system (compressor and air handler) was in dire need of replacing - came as a shock. To me, it feels as if I'm being taken advantage of, especially because this concern was never adequately addressed. In addition, I was in disbelief when I went downstairs to where the air handler is and saw insulation, duct tape, and other refuse strewn across the floor, the table that sits under the air handler pushed to one side with the 3 chairs pushed into corners, the step stool that I provided still downstairs even though the technicians saw where I took it from, and one of the ceiling tiles out of place in the ceiling.
