They not only answered and called back at all hours of the day and night but had someone out working on our unit within the same day or next day. They made sure we had heat during the coldest winter and even called to check on us the night after they had been out to make sure we were ok. Super friendly and efficient! They have some of the nicest people working there and best customer service I have found in this business! Tiffany went above and beyond to assist me with my HVAC unit that they initially installed but wasn't even their problem! It got resolved so thank you!
Excellent experience with this company. Mitchell's Heating and Cooling was recommended by a person from our church. The technician, Brandon, did a great job and was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. We had an issue with the HVAC unit not turning on and Brandon was able to diagnose and repair my issue. This company was very affordable and I trust their work. In the future, I will be using them for repairs and maintenance moving forward.
