My experience with Best Choice Roofing was really good. I probably would not have a new roof without Jamie and John. They made it really easy for me. Jamie did everything , from dealing with the insurance company , coming to my house and helping me just deal with all aspects of getting a new roof. She and John went out of their way to make it easy for me. The company should really be proud to have such reliable salespeople .
Robert Harris was my sales rep and he was beyond awesome! He answered all my questions, took his time to explain the insurance filing process and was patient with answering any other questions I had. And he wasn't a pushy salesman, either. He was able to meet with me after my work hours to finalize paperwork...even with his kids in the truck. LOL!! Overall, I was very please with the final work but more so very blessed to do business with a wonderful company. They truly live up to their name...BEST CHOICE ROOFING! Service: Roof installation
We have been very impressed with Ben and BCR from the first phone call. In the initial roof inspection he explained more to us in the first 15 minutes than all the other contractors combined. He didn't try to just sell us a new roof, he worked with our "difficult" insurance company when others wouldn't. He was very responsive and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. I have already recommended them to some of our neighbors and will continue to tell anyone who asks to call BCR!
