We have been very impressed with Ben and BCR from the first phone call. In the initial roof inspection he explained more to us in the first 15 minutes than all the other contractors combined. He didn't try to just sell us a new roof, he worked with our "difficult" insurance company when others wouldn't. He was very responsive and took the time to explain everything and answer all our questions. I have already recommended them to some of our neighbors and will continue to tell anyone who asks to call BCR! I had roof damage from the storms in March. I called BCR and Robert came out the same day of me calling. He informed me that I needed a new roof. He worked with my insurance company to ensure I got what I needed. The insurance company only wanted to do a partial repair, but Robert knew the roof needed to be replaced. He came back on numerous occasions to retake pictures to prove that the roof needed to be replaced. He worked endless with the insurance company to get what was needed for the customer. My experience with Best Choice Roofing was really good. I probably would not have a new roof without Jamie and John. They made it really easy for me. Jamie did everything , from dealing with the insurance company , coming to my house and helping me just deal with all aspects of getting a new roof. She and John went out of their way to make it easy for me. The company should really be proud to have such reliable salespeople .
