The service technicians were courteous, answered my questions thoroughly, honest, and helpful. The customer service representative did not explain the service contract clearly, so the first service technician had to clarify the terms. I still entered the service contract because it is a good deal. The plumbing costs seemed expensive, but I don't have a point of reference. The plumbing tech was extremely knowledgeable and checked everything related to plumbing thoroughly! I followed behind him, asking questions, and while he worked, he answered every one of them! Talk about an expert! My small shower leak was resolved and a pressure relief valve installed at a reasonable rate. Happy customer here!
