We had roof/ chimney damage from a storm recently and Paul took good care of us. We called in the morning and he came out in the same afternoon to look at the damage for repair. He repaired what he could until all the parts came in for the chimney repair. When the parts came in, he came out right away to complete the job! Thank you! I had extensive wind and hail damage from a storm and insurance said the roof needed to be replaced. I called YellowHammer and someone came out and said it needed to be replaced, but they wouldn't give me am estimate. The YellowHammer rep eventually stopped responding to my texts after I agreed to get the work done, so I started looking for a new contractor. I called Spradlin and Paul came out the same evening and did an inspection. He confirmed what the others saw and also emailed me an itemized estimate the next day. Once I accepted the estimate, Paul messaged me the same day and told me the plan as far as getting materials ordered and shipped to my house and then getting me on the schedule after that. He originally planned for about a week out, but ended up being able fit me in a few days early. The work was done in a day and everything looked great. I contacted Spradlin Construction on a Monday morning after noticing a rood leak over the weekend. We were expecting more rain Wednesday of that week. David came out same day and got up on the roof and found the issue. He had to run and get some materials to do the repair but came back that afternoon and had us ready for the rain.
