My air conditioner stopped cooling on a Saturday afternoon during a heat wave and it was 81 degrees inside my home. I called River Region and they responded within a few hours. The service technician called me before and gave me his estimated time of arrival. They found the problem immediately and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Our air has been out for a long time because Airnow told us we needed another unit. All it was, was a burnt wire attached to the condenser. They were affordable and honest. Travis you were awesome! River Region is where it's at. Thank you!
Great service! Came out quick! Diagnosed my AC issue and fixed the problem in 20 minutes. The labor is included in the 1st hour, so all I paid was the $85 service fee!
