Before the roofing process began, the company’s rep, Raul, provided a detailed quote for three different kinds of roofs: “good,” “better,” and “best.” I picked the “best,” which is a Fortified roof, to get a discount on my homeowner’s insurance. I got cheaper quotes for Fortified roofs from other businesses, but I chose American Roofing in part because of its amazing 10-year workmanship warranty, which proves they have a lot of confidence in their ability to install roofs that last. Other roofers I dealt with offered warranties of only 5 years or less. Also, American Roofing did my nextdoor neighbor’s roof just a week before mine and I had an opportunity to see first-hand what a great job they do. Raul was always available to answer my questions before the project began. The crew arrived at 6:30 in the morning and was well-organized and very efficient. We recently used American roofing to replace my daughter’s roof after some storm damage. We have also used them for our own home and my mother-in-law’s home. They did a fabulous job. They are very neat, cleaned up everything every day… you could barely tell they had been there each day. When they completed our roof, an awning was accidentally damaged and they replaced it… no questions asked. I would highly recommend American roofing for any of your roofing needs!
