Kevin and Donnie came out to our condo to do our maintenance and we are very pleased. They are very knowledgeable and took care of our needs. We definitely keep Climate control on our list of reputable vendors. They also service our home and have always been very reliable.
We were told we needed new duct work for our furnace/ AC system during a recent service visit (by Justin). We knew this from other visits but finally decided to pull the trigger. Patrick (sales) talked us through it and gave us a same-day estimate. After getting another estimate, we decided to stick with Climate Control. The next week, David and Steve (installers) were here and done in less than a full day (<10hrs). Their work was very good and we now have great airflow throughout the house. From the service call to sales and the installation, Climate Control has the most professional/best employees. I'm not sure if I could ever go anywhere else for my HVAC needs.
I would really like to thank Justin Reid and Kevin for their outstanding customer service today. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the system and were a pleasure to be around. I would recommend these two young men to anyone that has any HVAC needs or concerns. They were a true example of great customer service and dedication to their craft.
