Installed new unit. Did a great job. Can not say enough about Chris, Matthew and Logan. They were really professional. Angie came after the guys left and cleaned up and she did a good job also. So very pleased with every thing today. We have been using Grayson since 1988 and have only had great things to say about them.
Doug came within 30 minutes of calling Grayson because our a/c unit wasn’t cooling. He diagnosed the issue within minutes and had the issue resolved in less than half an our. The whole thing took less than an hour and a half from the time we called and the time our a/c was working again. Doug is a great guy and cannot thank him enough!!!
Grayson AC has been our AC installation and repair provider since moving to Mobile over 3 years ago. They're on time, courteous, and in this latest work done made sure not to damage any of garden plants around the installation area. Dustin, Collin, Brandt were great to work with on the installation. Scott did the initial visit to ID the problem that we were having and laid out our options clearly without overselling.
