John was very kind, professional, honest, fair pricing and efficient. He repaired a fence same day & it looks better then it did before. I was in a bind and John could have easily taken advantage of my situation, but instead he responded with honesty and understanding. He communicated throughout the whole job and exceeded any expectations I had. He turned a bad day into a good day and made the experience pleasant. I had a tight turnaround needing a window/wall unit A/C installed in my 2nd story apartment before we had family coming in town to visit. John was responsive from first contact and actually squeezed me in before a commercial job to ensure the work was completed when I needed it. From the time he arrived he communicated with me about what was needed and the rate I would be charged. The work was done well and within the timeline and cost estimate provided. I will use John's company again, in fact I have a small list of things already started.

I reached out to John around 4:00 pm one afternoon and he had a crew to my home first thing the next morning at 9 am. They (Sam and Teddy) were very professional and knew what to do to install my new washer and dryer. They were in and out in about an hour and half. The price was good and I have no complaints.
