They could have replaced the roof and made extra money, but Jonathon was honest and said most of the roof was sturdy and didn't need replacing, only the one bad spot needed to be fixed. He filled out an itemized list of material and labor so I would know how much everything would cost and why. He let me know how the progress was going through the entire process. He even asked if I would like to climb up on the roof so he could show me everything that needed to be replaced. They got the job done over the weekend, and even worked until about 9 at night. They removed every bit of debris. And best of all, they were very courteous.
