Chad's AC Direct

I was impressed by the air conditioning service performed by Mr. Doug Moncrief. He was very professional. He took time to explain what he had done inside and even showed me pictures of what he had done to the outside unit. He was willing to answer all my questions. I would reccomend this company to other people. Service: A/C system maintenance

John came in and was very polite and positive. John got started on the work and was finished in a flash and made sure my unit was working in good condition before he left so with this kind of service and the employees Chad's got my business.

Our AC system stopped blowing cold air. I called Chad's AC that night and the next morning Doug came out to inspect our unit. I'm here to tell you, Doug is a hard worker and true company man. He told us what was wrong, and unfortunately had to come back to resolve the problem because he had to get the part that was needed. He returned and got our situation fixed, all with a smile on his face and having an upbeat attitude. You just don't see that anymore. We are so glad we called Chad's and very appreciative to have Doug come out to our residence. We are customers for life with Chad's and Doug!
