Decent. Large company and therefore large prices. They installed new unit for us 5 years and 2 months ago. 2 days ago, capacitor went out and American Standard unit only had 5 year warranty. $89 service fee plus $260 repair. I understand it is all beyond their control, blah, blah, blah. Make sure you buy a unit with a 10 year warranty. I thought that was the industry standard but not American Standard.

These guys were great! They were reasonably priced and did outstanding work. Very safety conscious. They saw a couple of serious saftey issues in my attic and corrected them at no extra charge. Definitely would call them again! Services: HVAC duct & vent repair, HVAC duct & vent installation

I was worried on how to get someone reliable and trustworthy, and Steve told me that he has had them solve his problems for many years and with these people I agree with him.
