Decent. Large company and therefore large prices. They installed new unit for us 5 years and 2 months ago. 2 days ago, capacitor went out and American Standard unit only had 5 year warranty. $89 service fee plus $260 repair. I understand it is all beyond their control, blah, blah, blah. Make sure you buy a unit with a 10 year warranty. I thought that was the industry standard but not American Standard.

I have used United Heating & Air to service my home and business air conditioning needs since returning to Montgomery, Alabama in 2017. We have a 16 bed veterans housing program to assist transitioning, homeless and distressed veterans and United Heating & Air has kept them warm during the winter and cool during the summer. Having 16 residents and keeping them comfortable is not easy, but thanks to United Heating & Air we have managed affordably. They are always there when they say they will be and they’re professional about their service. And I can’t say enough about how professional Anthony was during our last visit 3 days ago. Our air went out on 7/27 in the mid heat of the day and it was awful. I contacted Cody Worthington for an estimate and he was very quick and thorough. After feeling the air quality in the house, he set us up with a portable ac to get us through the weekend. The replacement was scheduled for 8/2 and the techs were on time, left the site areas clean, and professional. I would highly recommend them to all. Thanks Barnes Family
