You charged, $997.00 dollars to install for light on my mother's house and I did not even purchase the light from Mr. Electric. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service provided by your company. I purchased the lights for my mother's home and beside to hire Mr. Electric to assist with the installation process. To my dismay you charge me an exorbitant amount to install the lights. I was shocked to learn that the cost of installation was almost double the amount I paid for the lights themselves. It is my belief that you're pricing strategy was not reasonable and did not reflect the actual amount of work required for the installation process. As a customer, I expected fair and reasonable pricing that was commensurate with the services provided. Unfortunately, it appears that your company pricing structure was not transparent and lacking integrity. We had a tree fall and rip our meter box almost completely off our house. Had to have the meter box and exterior main breaker panel replaced. Our tech showed up within an hour of our call and got everything replaced the same day. He was very professional and sympathetic to our situation. Service: Electrical power restoration

Mr. Electric has a great website, and they will come out right away if you fill out a contact form online. They can communicate by text, which is very convenient if you work full time and can't be on the phone. They can even make repairs and updates the same day sometimes. Just be careful when they come out to look at the problem. Estimates are free, but diagnostics are not. Diagnostics are $225. This money is deducted from the cost of the job if you decide to proceed with the work. Otherwise you don't get it back. This caveat surprised me when the electrician showed up at the house, so I paid even though it didn't feel right. Fortunately, Mr. Electric has great customer service. They refunded my fee right away and were very understanding. If you want quick and professional service, go with this company.
