You charged, $997.00 dollars to install for light on my mother's house and I did not even purchase the light from Mr. Electric. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the service provided by your company. I purchased the lights for my mother's home and beside to hire Mr. Electric to assist with the installation process. To my dismay you charge me an exorbitant amount to install the lights. I was shocked to learn that the cost of installation was almost double the amount I paid for the lights themselves. It is my belief that you're pricing strategy was not reasonable and did not reflect the actual amount of work required for the installation process. As a customer, I expected fair and reasonable pricing that was commensurate with the services provided. Unfortunately, it appears that your company pricing structure was not transparent and lacking integrity. I urge Mr. Electric to rethink their pricing strategy and offer more affordable and reasonable pricing f

Very quick assessment and turn around on service (everything was done the same day). The technician was very respectful and made sure he cleaned up after himself, and even did a bit of extra work.. Excellent experience that will will definitely repeat!

The engineer and installer were both very nice. They were able to complete the install of a new ceiling fan on my existing mount the same day. I felt that their pricing was expensive but I did need an electrician to confirm that there was already existing wiring to the extra switch in my den. They were also instant on installing and updating additional grounding and surge protectors. Service: Fan installation
