Taylor was awesome! He kept us informed on the progress of getting our new roof installed and any issues they found. He addressed everything and was very professional. The crew removed 3 whole layers from our roof and reinstalled a brand new roof in 4 days. They cleaned up around the house and ran a magnet multiple times. We highly recommend Capital City Roofing! When we had damage to our roof from a hail storm, I remembered a radio ad from Capital City Roofing. I gave them a call and they sent out an estimator , that’s when I met Justin. Justin was very helpful in helping us through this process , it had been several years since we’ve had to deal with an insurance claim and let me tell you…things have changed. Our insurance company did not want to pay for obvious hail damage, Justin and Mr. Pelt challenged the insurance adjuster and another one was sent out for another look. This adjuster got it right! Without Capital City Roofing stepping up , I’m not sure if we would not be enjoying our newly installed roof ????.
