Very professional. One roof replaced, took one day. Great service. Only a few months later a tornado took most of structural roof off and we needed help. RR responded with emergency workers after dark to help keep us living in the house. They provided a contractor to do repairs and then replaced the shingles again. The Co. staff worked tirelessly to process insurance claims. Behind the scenes is a great staff of J**, K**, and B** who did more that I expected. River Region Contracting was very responsive to our needs after we had storm damage to our roof. They worked with our insurance company to provide a new roof. Todd Clark and his remarkable crew at River Region recently installed two roofs on two personal properties for us. River Region was the only company of several companies that we contacted for estimates that got back with us in a timely manner and were consistently responsive throughout the entire process -- they would answer our calls or emails right away so that we hardly had to wait for an answer or place a second call. We received constant updates, they showed up when promised, and the service after the roof installations has been top notch. Additionally, they worked hand in hand with our insurance company to make sure we got the best product for the money. We have and will continue to refer Todd and River Region to everyone we know.
