Clean out was clogged and causing water damage. The service was quick (same day). The service charge was cheaper than what another popular company was charging just to diagnose, and the team didn’t try to force other services. In and out and affordable. A friend of mine in the heating and A/C business recommended Goggins to me and I couldn’t have been happier. Everybody knows that heating and A/C repair costs are pricey but they were extremely reasonable. I fully expected to pay twice what I was charged. I am a retired 20 year Marine and they gave me a military discount as well. They had the part I needed that was bad (control board) that they salvaged from another unit and gave it to me free of charge. All I paid for was labor and now my heating and A/C unit runs like new again. They’re a small family owned company and they said they prefer it that way so they don’t have to charge big company prices. I stopped by their company office to pay my bill and the owner met with me, offered me coffee, and was very personable. Great company and great experience. I fully recommend them to anybody in the Prattville area.
