iCool Heating & Air

Technician came out quickly after paying $125 service call. Applied to finance new AC unit on Sunday, called 9:30am Monday to check status, and told that I would receive a call back shortly. Called back at 3:30pm, finance manager gone for the day and no results. I then called another company, they came out Monday for free, got approved for financing and air installed Thursday morning. Finally received a call back on Friday morning for financing but iCool was no longer needed. Had to use another company and got my air installed before even receiving a call back from iCool (Chads AC Direct).

My AC went out so I called iCool because their sister company, iRoof, had done such a great job on my roof. They have a very consultative, professional approach to figuring out which type of AC unit best fits the customer's needs. They were able to come out the very same day I called about it and completed the job only two days later. I would highly recommend! AWESOME SERVICE!! They were incredibly friendly, inexpensive , and prompt . Blake was incredibly helpful. I called at 12pm needing a water heater . These guys had a new one by 5 that afternoon . Would HIGHLY recommend . Service: Installation
