Highly, highly, highly recommend Blake. Arrived very timely, went out of his way to be sure the water heater was installed better then the original. Over the top customer service. If I need any work done, I’ll check with ICOOL and Blake first
Blake and his team are true professionals. The most professional service I’ve had when dealing with an HVAC contractor. Not to mention completely transparent and fair pricing! I won’t use anyone else but iCool for my heating and air needs. I call Blake every time! Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
Technician came out quickly after paying $125 service call. Applied to finance new AC unit on Sunday, called 9:30am Monday to check status, and told that I would receive a call back shortly. Called back at 3:30pm, finance manager gone for the day and no results. I then called another company, they came out Monday for free, got approved for financing and air installed Thursday morning. Finally received a call back on Friday morning for financing but iCool was no longer needed. Had to use another company and got my air installed before even receiving a call back from iCool (Chads AC Direct).
