Technician came out quickly after paying $125 service call. Applied to finance new AC unit on Sunday, called 9:30am Monday to check status, and told that I would receive a call back shortly. Called back at 3:30pm, finance manager gone for the day and no results. I then called another company, they came out Monday for free, got approved for financing and air installed Thursday morning. Finally received a call back on Friday morning for financing but iCool was no longer needed. Had to use another company and got my air installed before even receiving a call back from iCool (Chads AC Direct).
The folks at iCool went above and beyond to find a chase to hide the pipes for our new mini split unit. They were on time, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will be calling them for future HVAC work, and would recommend them to a friend. Service: Install AC
Got a good, fast response time from Blake. Didn’t try to shoot me high rates to fix my capacitor, fixed the problem immediately, and was friendly the entire time. Will not use anyone but Blake and iCool from now on. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair
