The service tech that came out was very courteous and informative, and worked very hard to repair our condensing unit. Unfortunately he had to deliver the bad news that it needed to be replaced. He thoroughly explained why and made it clear that our unit was unrepairable. So far a really good experience with this company even though we got bad news. A neighbor of mine, who is a professional craftsman, suggested Air Fix to me when my air conditioning went out July the 28th. This company called me that night, sent a technician out the next morning, was professional, extremely helpful, creative with solutions, and handled the installation of a new furnace, air conditioning unit with great care. The team was so helpful in other related matters at my home, and were friendly, courteous, and all around great guys! Update Dec 2022: They system had issues just a little over a year after they installed. The issue found was wiring (that they put in) yet they still tried to charge us for this, saying they have a 1-yr on their labor, so basically they can mess up something (involving wires in this case) and not live up to their work. After I complained, the lady got VERY SNIPPY and said "fine, we'll wave the bill"; Terrible Attitude and Awful Customer Service! Furthermore, it took well over a YEAR for them to supply us with the warranty documents on the unit itself. I would NEVER recommend this company or their laborer's. Super inexperienced, Very rude admin, and terrible communication. Original notes after install Summer 2021: They took entirely too long to get to us. They took entirely too long to do the work (approx 6 hours to install air handler when old unit was already gone).
