Amazing company and family. Our AC went out on one of the hottest nights of the year. A service call was set up for the following day. Kevin came out and in less than an hour had all our problems corrected. He was professional and cut no corners, talked us through all our issues and helped us to feel better about the corrective action taken. We will never use another company and will refer everyone with a need to Burton Wright because they are "JUST RIGHT"! Upfront and honest about what we needed. Made sure to explain why we needed one thing over another. They had to complete a job we had paid another company to do a couple weeks prior and for less.
AC went out when it was 95 degrees. I called several businesses and wound up with these folks. Luis, who did the work, was competent, communicative, and motivated. Set us up with a temporary part and brought the permanent replacement out over the weekend. Impressed. Don't see this every day.
