On Christmas Day, we had a pipe burst that flooded our house. Although hesitant to text, we messaged Shannon with Surfco, (again, this is Christmas Day), She answered my message immediately, pulled some strings, and had the worst of the damage taken care of within 36 hours. We were really happy with the kindness from the Surfco Team, their communication, and the quick response to our small disaster!
Me and my family had a terrible experience using this company to help repair damages. A few weeks of work turned into 4 months and in that time it kept us out of our home for an extensive period of time. Any worker from surfco who tried to help were extremely unprofessional and uncaring. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone who wants a job done in a quick manner as they do not stick to their word and don’t seem to ever care about their customers time.
