On Christmas Day, we had a pipe burst that flooded our house. Although hesitant to text, we messaged Shannon with Surfco, (again, this is Christmas Day), She answered my message immediately, pulled some strings, and had the worst of the damage taken care of within 36 hours. We were really happy with the kindness from the Surfco Team, their communication, and the quick response to our small disaster!
We hired Surfco based off a word of mouth recommendation and IM SO GLAD WE DID!!! They were so professional start to finish, priced reasonably, and their quality of work was amazing! Bonus! They’re sweet team members gracious put up with my four-year-old asking them all the questions about what they were doing (multiple times ????) and it was so sweet! They made his day! My oldest still asks if Mr Brandon is coming back ???? anyhow, we interviewed a lot of other companies, but none of them compared to the Surfco team. When they left, I told them I hope we are never in a mold situation where we need them again, but if we do, I’m glad I know them! Horrible experience with this company repairing our master bathroom/bedroom after water damage. Tile floor had to be completely redone twice. First time they used the wrong color tile and second time due to being unlevel and trip hazard. Shower tile was not done correctly and needed to be ripped out and installed the right way. We refused because this project took so long it was beyond ridiculous. Paint had to be redone because they didn’t texture the wall before painting to match the rest of the dry wall. Overall terrible experience from beginning to end. We would give them zero stars if that was an option. Services: Home renovations, Repair flooring, Water damage-related pest control, Drywall repair
