We are so pleased with the incredible service we received from Bud Anderson! Our AC went out on a HOT day, and they had someone there within a couple hours when I feared it would take days. The technician, Dwayne, was GREAT and followed- up by having one of their electricians come out as well when he noticed a potentially catastrophic safety issue. Not only was the problem fixed promptly and professionally, they pointed out a few other things we would want to be proactive about addressing before they become a bigger problem down the road. Polite, professional, courteous, great communication...wow...Bud Anderson's folks quickly turned a bad situation into a great experience. We highly recommend!
