I was impressed by the way he delineated the issues we had, to make sure they were comprehensively understood and taken care of, which will help with the lifespan of our AC in particular, in the years to come. Our experience with Bud's has been great. They got our new hvac system, ducts, and added 3 more vents. The salesman, Nick, was awesome to work with. He was available to us through the whole process for any questions we had. José and Jonathon, who put the system in, had it all done in just under 3 days. Awesome job and much appreciated! Scott Hoffman was professional and didn’t try to upsell me in a classic, shmoozy manner. He educated me and helped me make my own choices. He understood the chemistry and biology behind different options, and it made me feel comfortable that whatever he suggested was necessary or unnecessary! Very impressive!
