Summit exceeded our expectations. We purchased a unit in preparation for a remodel that kept getting pushed back. Brock held our unit for more than a year. They showed up when they said and did a great job. Everyone of the techs was respectful to me and my home. We will be using them again when we need service. We highly recommend them!

Our air conditioner started having issues on the hottest day of the summer so far…yikes! Joey came out the same day of my call, while he had to wait until the next day for a part, he came as promised and got it cooling as quickly as possible! Super friendly and very easy to work with. I love that this company sends a text to let you know they’re on the way…that way if you are at work, you have time to get home without wasting an entire day waiting around. It’s a thoughtful touch for customers…and one that I appreciate very much. I will be referring friends to Summit should the need arise…they make an unpleasant situation bearable!
