Connor and his team did a absolute great job! There was no quit when presented with obstacles to get an approval on my roof that needed to be replaced. They deployed drone(s) to take multiple pictures and then used AI to pinpoint hail damage locations that the naked eye can miss. With multiple inspections and pictures and the option they have to incorporate AI we got the approval. Our roof was done in less than a week and it looks beautiful. He walked us through the inspection and insurance claim process that took 4-5 months. We just finished up a roof replacement through Midcon and had a great experience! Isaac, Jacob, and Caleb were great, from communication with me to coordination with other companies including insurance. The crew was professional and courteous, picking up trash, sweeping the yard with a magnet to grab any missed nails, and blowing off the driveway to clear the dust from the replaced shingles when they were done.
