My mother used Ozark Exteriors for roof repair, repair damage to exterior of the home, repair/re-paint interior ceiling leak. Contract signed with Colin in May, 2022. Materials delivered and sat in the front yard for 9 weeks before anyone came to start the project. Multiple calls for scheduling updates were either ignored or the answer was "we're busy, but we'll get to you." In September, the roof was removed and several pieces of decking replaced, roof was installed and promises made to return to complete the remainder of the job. During the replacement, the vent pipe for the HVAC unit was disconnected, leaving it to vent into the attic. Just "forgot" to re-connect. By sheer luck, the gas company needed to move the meter that had been in her yard for almost 50 years and when they came out, they discovered the vent pipe issue. The Carbon Monoxide had been venting into the attic for weeks because Ozark didn't re-install the piping, even though they replaced the vent cap on the ro
