My wife and I were impressed from the start by Ridgecap, first, by the excellent professional presentation by project manager Evan Thieme, which explained the roofing process and the material choices available; second, by Evan's constant availability to answer questions and move the project along (replacing all roof shingles with a superior product from Malarkey and also replacing the copper on two roof structures); third, by the job itself, which was done on time and in budget.
